Orders
Each item is hand made, and will be despatched to you within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Occasionally
due to firing cycles there may be a delay and we will advise you accordingly with an estimated despatch date.
Packing
Each item is bubble wrapped (or similar) to ensure it arrives in pristine
condition. Parcels are made to withstand the normal rigours of the Royal Mail
postal service.
Shipping
Each parcel is sent via standard Royal Mail postage, and will normally arrive approximately
3-4 days from when we post it.
